Escrow Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Escrow Administrative Assistant to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. This contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment where precision and efficiency are key. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in escrow or mortgage processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Responsibilities: - Handle escrow processing tasks with accuracy and efficiency. - Conduct detailed research and investigate insurance claims as required. - Provide exceptional customer service in a call center environment, ensuring client inquiries are addressed promptly. - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems to manage and organize documentation. - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and workflow. - Apply basic math skills to calculate and verify financial data. - Assist with loan administration and mortgage-related documentation. - Maintain adaptability in a fast-paced work setting, managing shifting priorities effectively. - Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and external parties. - Support the team by ensuring compliance with industry standards and procedures. Requirements - Minimum of one year of experience in escrow or mortgage industry. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer literacy. - Basic math skills for financial calculations and data verification. - Previous experience in insurance or loan administration is a plus. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
