Preschool Director
Preschool Director – Faith-Based Early Childhood Education Leadership
Bethany Lutheran Preschool is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven leader to serve as our next Preschool Director. This role combines executive leadership, enrollment growth strategy, staff development, and faith-based ministry. We are looking for a servant-leader who can strengthen operations while guiding the next chapter of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all preschool operations and supervise staff
- Drive enrollment growth and marketing strategy
- Oversee budgeting and financial stewardship
- Ensure Virginia licensing and accreditation compliance
- Partner with church leadership to advance our Christ-centered mission
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Early Childhood or related field preferred)
- Leadership experience in preschool or early childhood education
- Experience with budgeting, staff supervision, and enrollment growth
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to Christian faith and faith-based education
