We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Maintenance Supervisor working under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supervision of the maintenance team in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills required to build a strong motivated team of maintenance technicians. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have prior experience supervising or managing a maintenance team. High level maintenance skills preferred with knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and equipment installs. This is a hands-on job for a strong leader who is able to prioritize tasks and delegate assignments based on various situations. High pay potential for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance technicians

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of equipment

- Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance activities

- Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with external contractors

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management

- Proven experience in supervising a team of maintenance technicians

- Strong knowledge of, electrical systems, Hydraulics and pneumatics and PLC's

- Proficient in using Excel and Microsoft for tracking maintenance activities

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
