Warehouse Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:00pm )

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using warehouse management systems.
• Lead and support warehouse team members to ensure daily goals are met.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining organized storage areas.
• Operate material handling equipment and follow all safety and quality procedures.

Warehouse Lead Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse inventory, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems. Forklift experience and ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass pre-employment screening requirements; high school diploma or GED preferred.
