Vision Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Temporary Administrative Office Assistant to support our Administrative Assistant/HR Coordinator with daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer service, and administrative work in a professional healthcare environment.

Position Summary
The Temporary Administrative Office Assistant will assist with organizing employee personnel files, scanning and uploading documents, answering incoming calls, scheduling phone screenings and interviews, performing data entry, and providing general administrative support to help keep the office running efficiently.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain employee personnel files
- Scan, upload, and file employment documents
- Review files for missing documentation
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Greet applicants, employees, vendors, and visitors
- Schedule phone screenings and interviews
- Perform accurate data entry
- Assist with general office duties and administrative projects
- Maintain confidentiality of employees and company information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Some scheduling flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
Work Location
In Person – Richmond, VA
