About This Role
We're seeking a lead teacher to guide our two-year-old classroom in a nurturing and engaging environment!
What You'll Do- Classroom management and organization
- Planning and implementing engaging lesson plans
- Maintaining a clean and safe learning space
- Effective communication with staff, parents, and children
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
- Consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic
- Able to work fulltime
- Experience is preferred, but all applicants are welcome
- Able to work well with others
- Stable transportation to and from work
- Ability to connect with children and engage them in learning
- Strong communication skills when interacting with parents
- Able to follow established routines
- Previous experience in childcare or a related field
