Maintenance Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )

• Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, waxing floors, dusting, and window cleaning across buildings and common areas.
• Conduct groundskeeping such as mowing, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, and maintaining outdoor recreation areas.
• Clean and prepare vacant units and appliances; assist with basic painting tasks.
• Transport materials, supplies, and equipment using work vehicles.
• Support maintenance technicians with basic repairs, construction tasks, and weather?related emergency duties.

Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
• Entry?level applicants are acceptable, as the position requires only minimal related experience.
• One year of janitorial or maintenance experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Vocational school experience or current enrollment in a related trade program is considered a plus.
• Must have a valid state ID or driver’s license.
