Welcome to Advantage Heating & Cooling! Our growing office is seeking a friendly person to become the face and voice of our company as a full-time Receptionist. YOUR DAY AS A RECEPTIONIST

This data entry position works Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break .

In this entry-level clerical role, you are on the front lines for all communication with our customers, visitors, and professional contacts. You spend your days answering phone calls and assisting clients with whatever they need. Using your keen eye for detail, you type up proposals and other documents as well as apply for permits and schedule job site inspections. You jump in and perform other clerical tasks as needed to help keep our office running smoothly. You love working in a supportive and collaborative setting and take pride in being an integral member of our data entry team!
