1588 - SME - Counter Autonomous Systems

Sigma Defense is seeking a SME - Counter Autonomous Systems to provide the required support to the Capability Development and Innovation (CD&I) division within the Secretariat for Special Operations under the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (OASW(SO/LIC)).

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Personnel Clearance Level:

• Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher.
• Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.

Essential Job Duties ( not all-inclusive ):

• Support the development of comprehensive Counter-Unmanned Systems (CUxS) capabilities across all warfighting domains.
• Development will include designing and implementing systems that operate effectively in irregular and denied environments, ensuring adaptability to the most challenging operational scenarios.
• The work will focus on delivering advanced kinetic and non-kinetic effects, thereby creating asymmetric impacts against hostile unmanned systems.
• Provide expertise for identifying, countering, and neutralizing unmanned threats, integrating sophisticated technologies and innovative approaches to enhance defensive and offensive operational capabilities.

Salary Range : $150,000 - $185,000 annually.
