Service Manager
Ellie Bird is a chef-owned, modern American restaurant focused on exceptional, exciting cuisine in an approachable atmosphere. We have been featured in the New York Times as one of the top 50 best new restaurants in the country, Best New Restaurant in Falls Church, and featured on the cover of Washingtonian's "Best Brunches" edition. Our sister restaurant was awarded one Michelin Star for the last 5 consecutive years.
We are looking to add a Service Manager to our growing restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. Additional qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in a comparable restaurant setting
- Excellent verbal communication skills as well as a strong work ethic
- Strong sense of teamwork
- Reliable, efficient, courteous, and professional
- Must have weekend and brunch availability . In addition to supporting the host team & managing the books, the Service Manager will take part in preparing for service, dining room maintenance during service, and general guest communications.
