Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field plus 5+ years of relevant controls experience , or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience with industrial controls within critical environments such as data centers, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, oil & gas, or similar sectors.
• 4+ years of experience in general project or vendor management, including request for proposals, bidding, change orders, quality control, and documentation tracking.
• Proven ability to support commissioning activities, troubleshoot control sequences, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and multiple project deliverables.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience designing, configuring, programming, installing, and maintaining HVAC Controls or Electrical SCADA systems.
• Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as MQTT, BACnet, and MODBUS .
• Familiarity with interpreting and developing engineering documentation, electrical/mechanical diagrams, and operating procedures.
• Experience in data center design or MEP infrastructure development.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls/Automation Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Other Requirements

• Local travel to operational data centers for site supervision, troubleshooting, and customer interaction.
• Ability to meet on-site compliance and safety standards as required by project scope
