About This Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our team at Amazing Childcare and Learning Academy. As a key member of our early learning program, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our Two-Year-Old students and preparing them for future academic success.

Our academy is a unique blend of childcare and learning, focused on fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth through routine, play-based learning, and a state-approved curriculum.

The ideal candidate will:

• Implement a state-approved curriculum with creativity and fidelity
• Maintain a structured daily schedule that promotes learning and development
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that inspires children to thrive
• Support children’s learning through intentional instruction and play-based activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and consistent classroom that reflects our academy’s high standards
• Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and leadership to ensure seamless collaboration and support
• Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Work collaboratively with a talented team of educators to achieve our academy’s vision and goals

Preferred candidates will:

• Have experience working with young children
• Be reliable and punctual

• Maintain a professional attitude
• Support the academy’s vision and standards
• Be organized and prepared
• Follow policies and procedures
• (ECE coursework or certification preferred but not required depending on position.)

• Minimum of 3 years of professional child care experience.
• A strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screening
• High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
