Teacher's Assistant
Summary We are looking for a nurturing teacher who loves working with children. Someone that is excited about teaching and helping our little ones learn and grow with their development. Duties We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher/Floater to join our team at a Christian Based, family-owned preschool focusing on early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and supporting their educational development. Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for preschool and toddler care programs. - Support children's learning in areas such as STEM, communication, and behavior management. - Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom environment. - Collaborate with the teaching team to create a play-based inspired learning experience. - Help maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning. Skills: - Experience in childcare or preschool settings. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. - Ability to manage challenging behaviors while fostering positive relationships with students. - Passion for working with young learners and supporting their development. - Experience working with children Infants to school age
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent at recordkeeping and highly attentive to detail
- Able to work with teachers and parents to develop instructional strategies for students
- Able to maintain focus and control in chaotic environments
