OverviewFlywheel Centers is seeking a Community Partnership Representative to help us expand our presence in the community and connect more families with the care they need. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, schools, therapists, community organizations, and other professionals who support children with autism and developmental needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, highly organized, and passionate about creating strong community partnerships. They will serve as an ambassador for Flywheel Centers by representing our services at meetings, events, presentations, and center tours, while helping families access high-quality ABA therapy and support. SalaryBased on experience, between $50.000-55.000 QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport quicklyStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesDetail-oriented and comfortable reporting activities in HubSpot CRMA "doer" mentality: resourceful, proactive, and able to take initiativePrevious experience in the ABA therapy field, healthcare, or related space is strongly preferredBasic knowledge of autism services and ABA therapy is a plus ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with physicians, diagnosticians, schools, therapists, community organizations, and other referral sourcesRepresent Flywheel Centers at community events, networking opportunities, and professional meetingsHost presentations, educational sessions, and center tours for families and community partnersSupport the planning, promotion, and execution of community events and Open HousesTrack outreach activities, meetings, referrals, and opportunities within HubSpot CRMProvide timely follow-up to referral partners and prospective familiesServe as a trusted local resource regarding autism services, diagnostic pathways, and ABA therapyIdentify new partnership opportunities that increase community awareness of Flywheel CentersShare market insights and recommendations with leadership to strengthen local growth strategies Job DescriptionThis position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-facing role, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and is structured in their outreach and follow-up.
