Join us!The associate at this level is a qualified, seasoned sales officer responsible for providing customized equipment leasing and structured financing solutions to Bank of America corporate clients. Typical transaction size ranges from $5,000,000 up to $250,000,000.
The associate is responsible for enhancing client and industry relationships, generating opportunities and tailoring superior client solutions. The associate will possess proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and strong execution and multi-tasking skills.

10+ years in a direct sales/origination’s role in equipment leasing/structured finance.

In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting concepts, to include GAAP and tax accounting
Proven ability for client prospecting and territory development
Proven ability to assess customer/client needs

Travel 50%
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. MBA preferred.

Originates new clients by building relationships with clients or prospects
Manages the end to end sales process on transactions to consumers
Supports management and originations on projects
Develops pricing, structuring and leading discussions to win potential financial solutions
Coaches and motivates others teammates to reach team goals
