JOB TITLE: Inside Truck Service Tire Technician
JOB TYPE: Full-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a reliable and hardworking Inside Truck Service Tire Technician to join our team. This role is focused on performing tire maintenance and repair services inside the shop — no driving or roadside service required .

Key Responsibilities:

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair commercial truck tires and wheels.

• Inspect tire casings for wear, damage, or other service needs.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the service bay.

• Operate shop equipment safely and effectively (tire machines, lifts, torque wrenches, etc.).

• Follow all safety procedures, training, and company policies.

• Perform additional shop duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Additional responsibilities may arise. Candidate should be flexible and ready to contribute wherever needed in the shop environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Experience with commercial/heavy-duty tire service preferred (training available for the right candidate).

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum age of 18.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

WORK AUTHORIZATION

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
