You will be working with a seasoned group of physician mentors as well as energetic faculty!

Our Practice Includes:

• Come and use your skills for a wide array of case mix.
• Three facilities: Mary Washington Hospital (Level II Trauma Center), Stafford Hospital, and Fredericksburg Ambulatory Surgery Center.
• Both hospitals have busy OB services, with neurosurgery, thoracic, pediatrics, orthopedic services, urology, gynecology, acute care surgery, and colorectal specialties.
• Growing ancillary services include advanced endoscopy, interventional radiology, and expanding electrophysiology sites.
• Cardiac anesthesia is available; fellowship training and TEE certification are preferred.
• Nearly 300 pump and endovascular structural heart cases annually.
• Physicians perform medical direction of CRNAs.
• Faculty will work with residents and have opportunities for lectures, simulation, research, and mentorship with dedicated academic time. Nightly cardiac call is compensated.
