Role: Devops Architect

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS Cloud Platform.
• Leverage a wide array of AWS services, such as EC2, S3, RDS, and API Gateway, to build robust solutions.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform to automate resource provisioning.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to define and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business requirements.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor and manage cloud systems, identifying and resolving issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Work with DevOps practices to integrate and automate cloud services within CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide guidance and support to technical teams on cloud services and infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends, evaluating their impact and potential benefits.
• Document cloud architectures, configurations, and processes for effective knowledge sharing and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud systems engineering, with a focus on infrastructure management and operations.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Ability to design resilient systems with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Extensive experience with AWS cloud platform and relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and virtualization concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
• Also, healthcare industry (CMS) experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
