Th is Senior HUMINT De veloper Lead develops and implements multi- platform traffic analysis program HUMINT within the areas of operational support and serves as the technical team lead . Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Provide analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
- Prepare assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of classified/unclassified and open-source information.
- Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
- Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
- Blends single-source intelligence reports with all-source data to provide a comprehensive picture.
- Function as a part of an intelligence analytical team of military and/or government analysts in support of the customer's analytical requirements .
- Research, develop, present, and publish HUMINT products at the tactical and operational level as part of an overall analytical team.
- Provide input to multiple government requirements and objectives .
- A ssists with the analysis and production of various intelligence products .
- S uppl y analytical support for senior military leaders.
- Serve as the technical team Lead, representing the team’s work to leadership and customers.
- Travel required within the National Capital Region (NCR) on an as needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
- Current TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph .
- B achelor’s Degree with a Minimum of 8 years of applicable work experience , including HUMINT experience .
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Leadership experience with a technical team.
- Experience developing and presenting technical briefs to leadership at levels up to and including Executive Levels.
- Experience with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal in English) , analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to c learly and concisely express multifaceted concepts .
- Ability to d evelop ideas in a logical sequence lead ing to validated conclusion s .
- W orking knowledge and experience with the basic personal computer, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications :
- Ideal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph .
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Law Enforcement or other related topics is highly desired .
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.
S ecurity C learance :
This Position requires an Active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly, US Citizenship is required t o hold this clearance.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
