We are seeking a Landscape Design & Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who combines creative landscape design ability with strong sales and relationship-building skills. You will work directly with residential clients to develop outdoor living concepts, prepare and present proposals, and guide projects from the initial consultation through handoff to our operations team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential clients to assess landscaping goals, needs, and project vision
• Develop creative and functional landscape design concepts tailored to each property
• Prepare and present detailed project proposals and estimates
• Manage the sales process from lead follow-up through closing
• Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff
• Maintain professional and proactive communication throughout the client experience
• Support company growth through relationship-building and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in residential landscape design and sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Positive, organized, and self-motivated attitude
• Passion for outdoor living design and landscaping
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
• Experience with landscape design software and CRM systems preferred

Compensation

• Base salary: $75,000–$90,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• High earning potential with top performers earning $125,000+
