- Assist with filing, organizing, and managing documents (both paper and digital)
- Enter and track information using spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate records while protecting customer information
- Help keep our office clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support team members with general office tasks as needed
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Comfortable using Excel and online systems
- High attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A stable, team-oriented work environment
