Machine Operator – Press Brake Specialist

📍 Richmond, VA | 🕒 Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM |

We’re seeking a Machine Operator with strong press brake experience to help shape high-quality components for mission-critical systems.

• 🧠 Interpret blueprints to determine exact specifications
• 🏗️ Set up and operate press brakes to bend and form sheet metal with precision
• 🛠️ Fabricate components using machining tools
• ✂️ Cut materials using saws, torches, and knives
• 🔍 Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• 📐 Lay out and align parts for assembly
• 🔧 Tack-weld and assemble fitted components

• Hands-on experience operating press brakes (manual or CNC)
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measures accurately
• Familiarity with CNC machine setup and operation
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication and fitting techniques
• A commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
