Jr IAM Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems and applications.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to identify and remediate security risks and compliance issues.
• Provide technical expertise and support for IAM-related incidents and escalations.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging IAM technologies and trends to recommend improvements and enhancements to the IAM infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) roles.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.

Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.

Experience with identity governance tools and processes.

Knowledge of access control mechanisms, including RBAC, ABAC, and SAML.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
