• 2+ years: $80,000+
• 5+ years: $105,000+
• Please note these ranges vary depending on the specific opportunity, experience, and other factors

Security Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance

Where you make an impact: For this opportunity, we are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Systems Engineer . This exciting position will have the chance to work on just about any aspect there is as it pertains to Model-Based Systems Engineering in support of Navy and DoD weapon system development, integration, and evaluation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver systems engineering products that enable the rapid delivery of acquisition program end-items.

What does this mean to you? We are seeking expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering such as:

• Experience applying MBSE practices, techniques, and tools to systems design and integration
• Experience with various model-based system engineering tools – Cameo Systems Modeler, Magic Draw, Enterprise Architect
• Proven experience performing research, development, or test and evaluation related to systems and weapons implementation
• Working knowledge of Navy and/or DoD weapon system development and integration
• Experience contributing to multi-disciplinary teams including both government and contractor personnel
• Ability to develop systems engineering products to support acquisition program delivery
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, coordinate, and evaluate highly technical products across multiple organizations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

Let's talk salary. The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 and goes up to $120,000 , based on your qualifications. We also offer a competitive benefits package and have fringe benefits offered throughout the year. The benefits package value ranges from $13,000 for a single employee, and up to $28,000 for an employee and their family. With company standard annual performance reviews in place, plus excellence recognition awards, your performance will be rewarded and appreciated, we promise!

Lastly, as we are working for the DoD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DoD Secret level clearance and a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
