Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to executives and leadership teams
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Screen calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain files, records, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate office activities, meetings, and special projects
  • Track deadlines and follow up on action items
  • Assist with expense reporting and general office administration
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of executive administrative or senior administrative support experience
  • strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

salary: $25 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
