: Scanning Operator Lead Richmond, VA TYPE : In Office SCHEDULE: Full-time Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm TYPE OF CONTRACT: Temp to perm PAY RATE: $20.00 - $23 per hour DESCRIPTION: Must follow specific guidelines and collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Task Leader to ensure seamless operations within the Digital Imaging Center. This role involves administrative support, including reports and clerical duties, while prioritizing accurate digitalization of documents. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail duties, encompassing the receipt, sorting, and processing of documents and packages. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Administrative support, reports, clerical duties
• Ensuring accurate digitalization
• Perform incoming and outgoing mail duties, including receiving, sorting, and processing documents, packages, and supplies. Notify recipients accordingly
• Deliver and collect mail during scheduled runs, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Conduct quality checks on work to maintain accuracy and meet established standards. Resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution
• Adhere to all safety procedures and security protocols, both logical and physical, to maintain a secure work environment
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Assist with backfile duties in the absence of coworkers to ensure continuity of operations
• Utilize shipping and postal systems for outgoing mail and courier duties, prioritizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Perform various physical tasks, including moving boxes, loading paper into machines, and handling documents with finger dexterity and agility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Customer Service experience (minimum 3 years)
• Team management, communication with customers and vendors (Minimum 2 years)
• Data entry
• Strong attention to detail
