Restoration Project Manager
Job Description
Job Description
Description Welcome to Merit Restorations.
We specialize in mitigating and rebuilding residential and commercial properties damaged by fire, water, storms, and other disasters. We partner with leading insurance carriers and handle everything from emergency cleanup to complete rebuilds, with a focus on safety, integrity, and advocacy. As entrepreneurs, we take full ownership of the work we do and the families we serve.

Why we exist. We exist for two families. The families we serve and the families inside this company. When we work together and serve our clients at the highest level, both families win.
As a Restoration Project Manager , you will lead restoration projects (up to $50,000) from scope to closeout. This is not an easy job. It demands toughness, precision, and compassion all at once. Not many can do it—but those who can don’t just change the lives of others, they change their own.
At Merit, we call this the most rewarding job in construction. You are there when families are at their lowest, and you lead them back to stability. You will face hard days, but you will also build skills, confidence, and resilience that set you apart as one of the best in the industry.
