Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
• Medical card

Primary duties:

• Execute safe flatbed operations: loading, securing, and hauling freight over regional and OTR routes.
• Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and document equipment status.
• Maintain compliant records, follow DOT requirements, and communicate with dispatch.

You’ll receive an 80% gross pay split (avg $7,500–$10,000 weekly) and a lease-to-own option that can lead to ownership in one year. Fleet units are 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner; additional support includes pet/rider-friendly rules, 24/7 assistance, and a 90-day test drive.
