- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and community participation
- Monitor health and safety concerns and report changes appropriately
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Complete daily documentation accurately and timely
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
- Provide respectful, person-centered support at all times
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous caregiving, PCA, DSP, or healthcare experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background screening requirements
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
- CPR/First Aid preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Medication Aide certification a plus
- PRN / As Needed
- Flexible scheduling available
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or short-notice shifts as needed
