Experience working with help request tracking and reporting tools. Highly desired 1 YearsExtensive skill in the use of Microsoft Desktop products including but not limited to Windows 7, Windows 10, SharePoint 2010, Outlook, MS Office Suite Required 3 YearsSkill in the use of troubleshooting and managing and administering wireless devices Highly desired 3 YearsAbility to communicate effectively orally and in writing with individuals and groups. Strong customer service skills with a customer first attitude. Required 3 YearsSetup and testing of network drops, cable labeling, and physical connectivity checks Highly desired 1 YearsAssist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network cabling infrastructure, including Ethernet cabling (Cat6/Cat6a) and patch pane Highly desired 1 Years
