Deep Run Roadhouse is now hiring a Part Time Customer Service Associate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude, answer any questions, and offer personalized recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process Payments: Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Order Management: Ensure timely and accurate bagging and expediting of orders to maintain a smooth customer experience.
• Catering Support: Pack dry goods and assist with the preparation of catering orders for events.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the workspace, dining room, and bathrooms clean, organized, and inviting for both guests and team members.
• Inventory and Stocking: Take inventory and restock products as needed to ensure were always ready for business.
• Learn and Share: Become knowledgeable about our menu, products, and processes to confidently educate customers and make their experience exceptional.
• Complete Side Work: Follow the side work checklist to ensure all tasks are completed and operations run smoothly.
• Team Collaboration: Assist with any other tasks assigned and contribute to a positive work environment.
