Job Title: Wellness Specialist

Location: Leesburg, Virginia

Compensation: $60 - $80 per hour

The clinic offers a comprehensive range of services including medical aesthetics, wellness treatments, and integrative health solutions in a supportive and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized wellness consultations and treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Perform wellness-focused medical services within scope of practice as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of client care.
• Educate clients on wellness, preventive care, and aesthetic options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Participate in clinic meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of services.
• Support and promote the clinic’s wellness programs and initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and wellness innovations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Virginia.
• Strong passion for wellness, preventive care, and aesthetic medicine.
• Aesthetic or med spa experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
