Technical Project Manager
Program Overview
A staff augmentation program dedicated to providing expertise and capabilities to IC restricted customer.
About The Role
In the role of Project Manager and Operations Support you will provide programmatic, strategic and technical guidance to the management of projects, requiring insight into overall details within the mission:
- Provide technical expertise and support to help define, design and evaluate new systems to meets client mission; including but not limited to RF and communication solutions
- Support the deployment of new technical solutions to the field
- Provide technical expertise and experience to help identify potential capabilities and solution across industry, government and apply them to client mission
- Interface with technical and analytic support to mission
- Work with mission leads to ensure solutions meet overall client standards
- Help manage and refine mission use of communication systems and infrastructure and establish support processes
- Provide technical review board support for both operations and engineering
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI w/ POLY level clearance is required
- BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; an additional four years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Self-starter and demonstrated ability to work independently
- Experience managing requirements for a large organization
- Able to learn quickly on the job
- Familiar with RF and Networking
Desired Qualifications:
- Technical background in RF and networking / communications systems
- Experience with creating briefing packages and communicating to Senior Leadership both technical and non-technical audiences
- Translating and simplifying complicated topics for variety of audiences

Details
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
