Crew Member Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, premium subs and catering orders
• Deliver outstanding customer service with positivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere
• Learn and follow Jersey Mike’s high-quality standards
• Build leadership and hospitality skills every day

Shift Leader Responsibilities

• Coach and develop staff to deliver amazing customer service
• Produce high-quality food and deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience
• Handle cash and enforce company policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices
• Execute local and national marketing initiatives
• Build sales and promote a culture of excellence
• Lead by example in service, quality, and professionalism
• Open and close the store as a key holder
• Manage and lead crews of 2–5 people
• Proficiency in slicing, baking bread, and performing prep

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of quick-service/restaurant experience preferred (Shift Leader)
• Must be 18+ to operate slicer
• ServeSafe Food Handler certification preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)
• Friendly, dependable, energetic, and a team player with strong communication skills
• Available for openers, closers, evenings, and weekends
• No experience? No problem — we’ll train you!
