Administrative Specialist
Apply your expertise to advance the mission and optimize our business strategy as a Administrative Specialist at GDIT. As a Administrative Specialist you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Administrative Specialist joining our team to manage the on/off boarding processes and manage customer communications. HOW A ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT● Performs a variety of general administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group, or customer in a highly cleared environment.
● Works with the PMO organization to ensure operational success.
● Resolves challenges by working across the entire program.
● Functions well in a fast paced environment with high expectations.
● Enables the team to deliver operational outcomes.
● Relies on a full compliment of interpersonal skills to support the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Associates of Arts/Associates of Science
● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: MS Office
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI
● Required Skills and Abilities: Communication, attention to detail
● Preferred Skills: Business analysis, procurement support
● Location: On Customer Site
● US Citizenship Required
