HCV Processor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )

• Review and process housing applications, verifying eligibility and documentation
• Calculate rent portions, utilities, and housing assistance payments
• Maintain accurate records and manage program waiting lists
• Communicate with participants and landlords regarding program rules and updates
• Support daily operations for HCV and PBV housing programs

HCV Processor Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with HCV/Section 8 or PBV programs preferred
• Knowledge of HUD HQS inspections preferred
• Experience in processing applications and determining eligibility is preferred
• Strong math skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office required; Section 8 software preferred
• Comfortable learning new computer systems and managing electronic records required
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment is required

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
