We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to assist clients with travel reservations, booking coordination, and customer service support within the travel services industry.

This role involves helping customers plan and manage travel arrangements while providing professional assistance throughout the booking process. The position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling options along with structured training.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and online communication platforms
• Assist clients with travel reservations including hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
• Manage booking confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel documentation
• Research travel options based on customer needs and preferences
• Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
• Support clients before, during, and after travel experiences
• Deliver professional and timely customer service

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or support experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Travel industry experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
