Director of Practice Operations – Administrative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Director of Practice Operations. As the Director of Practice Operations, you will oversee the strategic and operational functions of multiple healthcare practices. This role is responsible for driving efficiency, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring financial and operational performance aligns with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of multiple medical practices to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to enhance workflow, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to ensure fiscal health of practices.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational excellence and practice growth.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes engagement, accountability, and professional development.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or related field required – Master’s degree preferred.
- Five plus (5+) years’ experience in ambulatory or business management required.
- Working knowledge of State Healthcare Facility Regulations.
- Computer literate: MS Office programs, Data Entry; Spreadsheets and ability to learn support software programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
- Experience in project management preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an automobile that is insured and in accordance with the state and/or organization requirements and in good working order.
