Salary: 13.5/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting & Office Administrative Assistant , with added responsibilities in supporting outbound sales calls. This multifaceted role combines essential accounting and administrative duties with client-facing communication to help support our operations and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support
Manage accounts payable/receivable and process invoices
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly reports
Perform bank reconciliations and expense tracking
Support payroll preparation and tax documentation
Office Administration
Manage office correspondence (emails, mail, phone)
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office logistics
Order and manage office supplies and equipment
Sales Call Support
Make outbound follow-up calls to potential clients and existing leads
Maintain CRM records with call outcomes and lead information
Coordinate with the sales team to support the sales pipeline
Provide administrative support to sales campaigns
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting or office administration
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Comfortable making and receiving professional phone calls
CRM or sales software experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in customer service or inside sales
Bilingual skills (if relevant to your region or clients)
