Community Concierge
Job Overview
The Community Concierge serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and vendors, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. This role is key in creating a positive community experience by providing information, addressing inquiries, and supporting community events and operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members, guests, and vendors with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Serve as a central resource for community information, amenities, and services.
- Coordinate member requests, including mail and package deliveries, maintenance work orders, and amenity reservations.
- Support the planning and execution of community events and activities.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Assist in onboarding new members, including distributing welcome materials and explaining community guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between members and property management to address concerns or feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Provide administrative support to the Community Manager as needed.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and membership agreements.
- Manage the coworking space software.
- Oversee visitor management.
- Manage social media accounts.
- Facilitate tours and follow up with potential leads.
- Write blogs or create other marketing content.
- Host events in the space.
- Solve disputes between members.
- Greet members when they enter the space and facilitate connections between them.
- Manage virtual mail or virtual coworking services and clients.
- Make coffee and refill snacks.
- Stock office and kitchen supplies.
- Clean and tidy the space throughout the day.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (preferred).
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
