We are a detnist recruiting firm seeking a great associate dentist to join a state of the art, private office in Danville, VA. This is a well-established, dental practice that has been in business for over 40 years. They are committed to providing the highest level of care and service to our patients. Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree required
State of Virginia license required
Experienced and recent grads are welcome to apply as they have excellent mentoring and collaboration available.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care to patients throughout their dental treatment
Educate patients on their treatment plan and answer any questions they may have
Perform all aspects of professional treatment within the limits of patient resources and time including but not limited to x-rays, oral surgery, crown and sealants, etc.
General restorative procedures is all that is required. If experienced in more advanced procedures that is a plus, but it is not required.
Work closely with a team of highly skilled dentists and dental professionals to provide the highest level of care possible for our patients.
Expand patient knowledge on their treatment plan and educate them on their next appointment.
The office is mostly fee for service and PPO one. No nights and no weekends are required. They have an excellent and long tenured staff to support their dentists. The office is all up to date with paperless charting, digital x-rays, and state of the art equipment.
A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn between 250K to 350K per year or more, depending on procedures performed and experience. They are offering a very competitive daily guarantee and a competitive percentage of collections. They also offer benefits, retirement plan and continuing education stipend.
There is also buy in opportunity if interested, but not required.
