Quality Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee and maintain the quality assurance processes at our Hampton, Virginia location.
In this role, you will lead quality initiatives, develop and implement quality standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, conduct audits, and analyze data to drive continuous quality enhancements.
The Quality Manager will also oversee inspection processes, manage quality documentation, and lead root cause analysis for quality issues.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to foster a culture of quality and ensure team adherence to best practices.
