Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is essential to keeping the office organized and running efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Complete and organize paperwork, forms, and internal documentation
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical records
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Assist with filing, copying, scanning, and document management
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in QuickBooks preferred
