As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate various types of machinery in accordance with production specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
