What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and project submittals.
• Process sales orders accurately and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and credit teams to meet customer requirements.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and opportunities in CRM.
• Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote products, services, and new offerings.
• Assist outside sales representatives with account support, project tracking, and reporting.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.

What You'll Need

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, and order entry software.
• Ability to interpret technical information and convey it clearly to customers.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Your Education

• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or order management experience (construction or manufacturing industry preferred).
