Headquartered in San Francisco, Circle Medical is expanding its clinic locations and is seeking exceptional primary care providers for our new clinic in the Financial District, Manhattan, New York. We are hiring full-time primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to work on-site and via telemedicine.

This role offers the opportunity to build your patient panel in person and via telemedicine, serving both new and existing patients.

What You Will Bring :

• Conduct patient histories, examinations, and develop care plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, blood work, and imaging.
• Perform procedures including immunizations, cryotherapy, pap smears, and Nexplanon insertion/removal.
• Communicate treatment plans effectively via in-person visits, chat, and phone.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions.
• Provide health education on topics like diet, family planning, and wellness.
• Prescribe medications within state guidelines and company policies.
• Monitor patient health changes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to diverse populations.
• Stay updated on clinic and company policies.

Qualifications

• Board Certified (MD or DO).
• Active New York medical license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification.
• Experience in primary care setting.
• Active DEA registration (including Schedule II).
• Graduate from an accredited MD/DO program.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience; 3+ years is ideal.
• Interest in healthcare innovation through technology.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, including asynchronous communication.
• Adaptability and confidence in navigating change.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and movement.
• Exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and bodily fluids.

• Salary: $209,700 - $256,300.
• Immediate accrual of 15 days Paid Time Off (PTO), available after 90 days.
