Director of Therapy Operations
- 80-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital (no emergency dept., operating rooms, or ambulatory services). with an average patient length of stay is 7-14 days.
- Must have current and unrestricted Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist license in VA. OR will be transferring licensure to VA if licensed in another state.
- Current BLS certification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in inpatient rehabilitation hospital or acute care hospital, including at least 2 years managing large therapy teams
- Reporting to this position: 1 PT Team Lead, 1 OT Team Lead, 1 SLP Team Lead and approximately 80 therapy staff consisting of PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP and rehab therapy technicians.
- Must have experience working alongside therapists and patients as a leader.
- This position reports directly to the CEO at the hospital and supported by the Regional Director of Therapy Operations.
