Job Description

We are seeking skilled HVAC Commercial Technicians to join our team and perform service and repair on commercial and industrial heating and cooling equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal functioning of HVAC systems for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems including Hydronic, Steam, Forced Hot Air, and Heat Pumps.
• Read and interpret schematics.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues.
• Uphold high standards of mechanical installation practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC.
• EPA or CFC Certification.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and mechanical services.
• Experience in HVAC service and repair.
• Ability to read schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Experience in construction is beneficial.

Work Environment

Work is scheduled from Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation occurring once every few weeks. This position requires adaptability to work in various conditions typical of the HVAC industry, ensuring all safety and operational standards are met.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $50.00/hr.
