Wage: Between $89-$203 an hour
About the Role: This position is designed for licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners who want to start or grow their private practice. We provide the tools and support you need to navigate insurance and streamline your operations so you can focus on what truly matters—your patients.
About You: You are a fully licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner with a DEA or CDS number, ANCC board certification, a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance. You seek to have control over your schedule, client load, and work environment as you start or expand your practice.

Important Notes:
This is a 1099 independent contractor role, giving you full autonomy over your practice, including setting your hours and managing your caseload. Currently, Headway cannot support mental health professionals who are not fully licensed. If you have been rejected for incomplete licensure, you may reapply once you hold a valid license.
