Position Overview
Copper Fox Foundation Solutions is seeking a motivated and dependable Outside Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners during company-provided appointments, evaluate foundation and waterproofing concerns, and recommend customized repair solutions based on the customer’s needs.
This is a W-2 position offering uncapped commission opportunities, strong company support, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Primary Responsibilities
• Meet with homeowners during scheduled company appointments to assess foundation and waterproofing concerns
• Complete property inspections and prepare proposals using company software and tools
• Walk customers through recommended repair solutions and pricing options
• Maintain communication with homeowners throughout the sales process
• Coordinate closely with the production team after projects are sold
• Collect deposits and signed agreements at the time of sale
• Develop additional leads through networking and relationship building within the community
• Represent Copper Fox Foundation Solutions in a professional and professional manner

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, home improvement, home services, or construction-related sales
• Previous foundation repair or waterproofing sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and CRM software
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and travel to customer appointments as needed
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
